Jamie is the product owner for studio telephony within the BBC. He is working with project managers, software suppliers, telephony suppliers and support teams to deliver a supportable and highly resilient Pan-BBC SIP telephony solution for all phone-in areas.

This will result in migration away from ISDN2 and ISDN30 circuits before their planned retirement date of 2025, and also deliver significant levels of flexibility, added resilience, call audio quality as well as significant cost savings against line rental.
