Having spent the last few weeks in a different timezone, I can sympathise with one Radio 4 listener who found that his experience wasn’t quite the same living in Seattle, streaming Radio 4 when he wakes up but getting afternoon programming instead. So he’s used a Raspberry Pi and a classic Roberts radio to stream and store BBC Radio 4. This gives him a time-shifted experience at the touch of a button, ensuring he can wake up to the dulcet tones of the Today team at 1400 UTC.
